Bakertech is a U.S.-based solar consulting and inspection company offering independent, NABCEP-certified services to homeowners, homebuyers, and solar contractors. The project goal was to build a fully responsive, SEO and AEO-friendly website that clearly communicates Bakertech’s value, drives qualified leads, and educates potential clients on the risks of poorly sized or installed solar systems.
The site needed to balance technical credibility with human approachability, positioning Bakertech as both an expert and a trusted advisor in the clean energy space.
I began with a deep discovery phase, aligning the content structure to Bakertech’s real customer journey, from problem-aware to solution-ready. Based on wireframes and user intent, I crafted a UX-driven page hierarchy (Home, About, Services, Success Stories, Contact, FAQ, and Training Courses) with tailored copy optimized for both SEO and AI search discoverability (AEO).
The website’s structure was strategically designed to convert prospective clients into booked service consultations and training course participants, using persuasive CTAs, case-study storytelling, trust signals, and keyword-rich content.
Each section, including FAQs and success stories, was built to support lead generation while educating visitors on the risks of misinstalled or undersized systems. The site was designed and developed in Webflow with scalability in mind, and with best practices in accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimization.
I also provided guidance on visual content planning, metadata setup, and schema markup to ensure strong technical SEO and social sharing performance.
“I worked with Rawy Makarem on my website and overall marketing strategy in the U.S., and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He didn’t just build a great-looking and user-friendly site; he really took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and helped shape the entire marketing direction around that.”
